Ann is a lifetime resident of Central Maine, graduating from
Lewiston High School and Husson University with a B.S. in Marketing. She has
spent the last 25 years owning and operating a successful family restaurant
with her husband Dan, with lots of help from their two sons.  Although Ann loves to cook, her favorite
memories throughout the years in the restaurant industry have been the
relationships she has built with employees and the many special patrons from
across Maine and throughout New England! In those years it became clear that
people appreciate honesty, compassion, a good work ethic, complete dedication
and a general appreciation for a good listener.

Real estate
became a passion 15 years ago when her family was looking for their perfect home.
Ann is looking forward to using her life experiences and relationships to help
clients with the process of buying and selling property in the great state of Maine.

In her spare time
Ann loves to travel, read, cook & bake, take motorcycle rides with her
husband, and mostly loves spending time with her family!

An appreciation
for all that is “home” including style, location, comfort, amenities and that
feeling of “this is the one” is what drives Ann down every road to accomplish
